It's been a while, I know...
We're about to go into another changeover (mounting our 3rd show of the season, which is accomplished in 3 days of not-much-sleep). I'm actually at the theatre now, running the lights for an archival photo call of the current show. More fun than you can shake a stick at...
pirateofcatan began physical therapy for his shoulder and arm yesterday. He obviously has a long way to go, but he can move all the parts of his arm. Some of them with great difficulty, granted, but they do move. (It can't help that they've been immobile for the past 6 weeks, either.) And the hand is doing pretty well, although the pinky and ring finger are now splinted together in hopes that the things-that-hold-tendons-in-place (which are torn) will heal without surgery. But the other two fingers and thumb have motion and are gaining strength.
In a month we'll be back in Syracuse! I'll be glad to get home; though I have nothing against this theatre, it's been a rocky summer!
